A paradise resort in Hawaii ranked the number one hotel in the US, but the stunning views come with a hefty price tag.
The Four Seasons brand brings forth images of luxury and exquisite accommodations and its Hualalai location falls nothing short of that.
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai ranked the number one hotel in the United States by US News & World Report’s annual list.
Room rates for a single night's stay cost more than most Americans' monthly rent, especially if one opts in for a continental breakfast for two.
A single room will cost visitors more than $1,200 a night in mid-August, while the Kahuwai Suite goes for an eyewatering $8,995 per night, according to its website.
'Although recent guests won't deny that room rates and dining costs here are high, they say that the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai's facilities and customer service are worth the price,' US News & World Report said.
The hotel is located just northeast of Kekaha Kai State Park and has Ka'upulehu Cultural Center nearby for off-resort activities.
But for those looking to soak in every penny they spent on the resort, there are plenty of things to enjoy inside the perimeter with a spa, eight unique swimming spots, to swimming with manta rays.
It also features an oceanfront infinity pool, multiple restaurants, and lounges to relax and soak up the Hawaiian sun.
The resort has beach access, which allows guests to dip in the blue waters of the ocean, as well as, longue on the soft sand.
The hotel is a popular wedding spot and offers impressive views of the ocean and island.
